Q: How many states have you visited?
A: I’ve been to 28 so far.
With traveling outside of the US very limited right now, I am looking forward to visiting some other places within the US after I make my way through a few Texas State Parks.
Where to next?
Seattle is probably next on my list. I honestly love rainforests (tropical) and I have terrible FOMO of all of the mountain biking and hiking trails in the temperate rainforests of the PNW. And (obvi) Mount Rainer is on the to-do-list as well as some of the Gluten-Free breweries in the area (more on this venture later).
So when I am out hiking I usually don’t venture into National Parks. Mind you, its not that I don’t love the National Park system-because I do. It’s because most parks don’t permit dogs on their main trails. So, if/when I head out to Seattle I will probably end up flying. So this trip is a perfect time to bask in the glory of Mount Rainer National Park!
